Leonardo Junqueira has more than 10 years’ experience in Finance leading positions. His experience includes a position as CFO/Deputy CFO during an IPO and a Private Placement processes, including responsibilities related to investor relations and post-implementation. He also occupied the role of Financial Controller of a 1,5 Billion $ Canadian project (funded through two projects finance) reporting directly to local general manager, and a temporary position in Repsol Headquarters (Spain) with the role as CFO Americas (LAM and T&T) from December 2015 to March 2016.
He is a civil engineer graduated at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, has a Master in Finance Derivatives and Capital Markets (Pontificia Universidade Católica – IAG/PUC RJ – Brazil) and an MBA in “Economía y gestión de las empresas de energía” (IESE, Universidad de Navarra, Instituto Superior de la Energía – Madrid/Spain).
Since April 2016 he occupies the role of CEO Brazil for Repsol Sinopec.

Claudio Henrique Costa works at Total E&P since 2013, and occupies the position of Health, Safety, Environment and Industry Policies Director. Working for more than 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry, Claudio is a very experienced executive, who has acted in different countries and multinational companies of the oil & gas business. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, post-grad in Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Safety Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management Systems.

Rogerio Valle is a Professor at the Production Engineering Program at COPPE/UFRJ, where he coordinates SAGE – Advanced Systems for Production Management Lab and orients research on Sustainable Production (based on Live Cycle Evaluation). He is responsible for the SAGE Training Program Global Reporting Initiative for sustainability reports.

He has a Doctor’s Degree at Paris V University (Sciences Humaines Sorbonne), DEA in Scientific Methods of Management (Paris-Dauphine University), a Master ’s Degree in Production Engineering (COPPE/UFRJ) and is a Mechanical Engineer (IME).

Founding Partner at Catavento Consultoria, Clarissa Lins is a member of the Board Directors of IBP since April 2016. Graduated in Economy, she has over a decade experience as a consultant for sustainability, management and accountability strategy in the major Brazilians institutions.
Formerly, she worked as a Executive Director at Fundação Brasileira para Desenvolvimento Sustentável – FBDS, Corporate Strategy Manager at Petrobras, among others.

Syahid joined Pertamina in 2010 and is currently assigned as Assistant to HR & GA Director.

He graduated with B.Eng. degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Syahid is deeply passionate upon the issue of human resource and actively engages in energy policy discussions, representing Pertamina and Indonesia in numerous international youth platforms.

Syahid has a long exposure in learning organization as he involved in Pertamina Corporate University transformation, and was a key person in developing Pertamina Professional Certification Center as well as Universitas Pertamina as a higher-education institution under Pertamina Foundation.
