Luciana Rocha de Moura Estevão is a Chemical Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and holds a Masters and a Doctors degree in Organic Chemistry from the same university. She is a regulation specialist at ANP, the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels, and is currently in the position of deputy superintendent of trade and transportation of petroleum, its derivatives and natural gas.

Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica Plena pelo Centro Universitário da FEI (2001), mestrado e doutorado em Engenharia Metalúrgica pela Universidade de São Paulo (2010). Atualmente é Gerente de Engenharia de Produto de Peças Forjadas - Villares Metals (desde de 2010) . Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Materiais e Metalúrgica e na área da Qualidade.

B.Sc Chemical Engineering (UFRJ, Brazil - 1978), M.Sc. Petroleum Engineering (Unicamp, Brazil - 1993) and Ph.D. (The University of Texas, USA - 1998). Has more than 35 years of experience in the petroleum upstream industry, with emphasis on production methods, natural & artificial lift systems. Was the Asset Manager of Akpo project in Nigeria and the Managing Director of Petrobras Turkey (2006-2009). He also served as General Manager (GM) in charge of Technology&Innovation and GM of Logistics for the pre-salt at Petrobras Transporte (Transpetro) from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, he took over the position of Development and Production Superintendent at Pré-Sal Petróleo. In November 2016 was appointed as Pré-Sal Petróleo Director for a 3 years term.

Caio is a Senior Engineer at Comgas, a natural gas distribution company in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is leading the research and assessment of corrosion in gas pipeline. He is also responsible for assessing damage to steel pipes for natural gas distribution systems. Caio also take part of National Committees for the development of Brazilian Standards related to gas distribution systems and corrosion. He also works as a Professor at the Faculdade das Américas.
Caio is graduated in Materials Engineering from the University Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a a Master of Science degree in Materials Science from the University of São Carlos and two pHDs: in Nuclear Energy (Materials) from University of Sao Paulo and physical-chemical from Universit Pierre and Marie Curie (France).
