Luiz Eduardo Ganem Rubião is a founding partner at RADIX Engenharia, with more than 25 years’ project experience in engineering and Industrial IT. He has earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Brazil), a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from COPPE-UFRJ (Brazil) and a degree in Duke College's Leadership Program (US).
Formerly, he was head of Siemens Brazil Oil & Gas Solutions, with responsibility for both Chemtech and Siemens's Power Systems, Automation, Process, Compression and Power Generation teams. He had also headed a range of projects globally for companies in the US, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, among others.

PhD in Petroleum Engineering in the Imperial College London and BSc in Petroleum Engineering pela University of Texas at Austin, Abdulkareem M AlSofi is currently one of the petroleum engineers at Saudi Aramco, where he had started to work in 2011. His experience includes reservoir technology, reserves assessment, well testing analysis, petrophysical and special studies, among others.
He is also member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE) and Saudi Council of Engineers. He also has a professional certification as Petroleum Engineer by SPE.

Anna Illarionova has been working in the energy sector for 8 years. She graduated as international economist and continued her career as analyst in energy balances, energy consumption, government relations, corporate social responsibility and university relations. She is working now for a multinational utility as the senior manager for sustainability and trying to introduce creating shared value approach in different company’s projects.
Anna has been working for the World Petroleum Council’s Young Professionals and Students Committee since 2008, first as volunteer and then as official Russian youth representative that contributed to the preparation of the WPC Youth Forums in Paris (2009),New Delhi (2010), Calgary (2013) and WPC Congresses in Madrid (2008), Doha (2011), Moscow (2014).

Brian joined IPIECA as the Executive Director in 2011 following a 23 year career in BP. He graduated in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Imperial College, London, UK and was recruited into BP’s Refining and Marketing international graduate programme in 1986.
Over the course of 23 years, his career included assignments in London, Copenhagen, Budapest, Athens and Johannesburg, and business experience in over 60 countries. During his time with BP he has had a varied career of technical, commercial, financial and leadership roles across the downstream value chain including crude and products trading, marine fuels, lubricants and alternative energy.

Liat Berger works at Aker Solutions Brazil since 2012, at the position of the Vice Presidency of Human Resources. She has executive experience in the field focused on strategies implementation to a high engagement and employees satisfaction. Liat has experience in different business segments and she worked in companies with several cultural backgrounds, being responsible for business throughout Latin America. She is graduated in Business Administration, she has a master degree in Personnel Management and she is specialized in Group Dynamics.
